This is the assumption on which your whole argument rests. I think we'd agree that all else being equal, smaller players have worse odds but all else is not equal. Smaller players get discounted in the draft, and thus may have similar odds as larger, less skilled players at similar draft positions, or may have lower odds but higher upside for a similar expected value.
