It was a bad pick. PLD is may end up being a good player but on some lists he wasn't even top 5 as there were concerns about the league he plays in and his pedestrian WU18 tournament. IMO they had one of the worst weekends in recent history (Bruins last year was pretty bad) when you consider their 1st pick and the awful trade with the Leafs.
