I'd chalk Vancouver up as a loser too.
They got Juolevi at 5th OA, but then didn't pick again until 64 OA and only had 6 picks total which includes 2 in the 7th round, 1 in the 6th and 1 in the 5th.
That's pretty terrible for a team that SHOULD be rebuilding. Plus, I know it's early but the players they did pick after Juolevi all look like a whole lot of "meh"
Oh yeah, and Dim Jim got his pee-pee slapped for tampering too.
