Does anyone have any suggestions for where to order (preferably inexpensive) t-shirts with a custom logo for a sports team?

I would like to have the option of doing a logo on the front and also a name/number on the back.

I am also worried about durability- I know really poor screen printing can come off after just a couple washes.
