This all centres on what teams think of Brown. Since it's looking like Dubois will play in the NHL as a winger, Brown is the next best centre after Matthews, and presumably the guy Columbus would be interested in. But is Van also high on Brown? I expect we'll have to wait until after Van's pick for any trade between CBJ and the Flames. The good news is if Van does take Brown, then Dubois makes a nice consolation prize for not making a deal for Puljujarvi.
