Yes, because Tampa Bay is so loosey goosey in their defensive play as well. You know, they both gave up 201 goals against this past season. Pretty comparable.
Here's some interesting stats for you. In Bishop's four years in Tampa, 195 games played, he's had a .922 S% and a 2.24 GAA. In Elliott's five years in St. Louis, 180 games played, he's had a .925 S% and a 2.01 GAA.
Again, Elliott is terribly under-rated here.
