That's a bit of an unfair comparison
You are basically ask to compare one guy with another guy who you say is like one of the top 5 dmen of all time.
So if you frame a question like that, who is going to pick Sergachev.
By all reports Juolevi has the higher floor but Sergachev has the higher ceiling.
I don't pretend to know either well enough to say which is better.
Who would you rather have Brent Burns or Olli Maata?
