Personally, I think the EU is becoming increasingly unmanageable. There are too many countries all with unique economic, cultural and political situations.
I mean, a North American union probably makes more sense but I don't see people here clamoring for it.
The short term pain will not be great with a Brexit, but in the long run, the EU needs to reboot itself if not ended completely.
