I don't know if that was the intent of the tweet. I think the speculation would of been the same for any GM who is apparently trying very hard to move down the draft and it is only a fluke their are 2 fins and the GM is a fin.
I still think it is a dumb tweet as there are so many other reason one would want to move down (trading away salary).
