The odds are out already. The over/under on points for Las Vegas in the 17/18 season is 72.5, +150 underdog in home opener.

Also, the biggest question to be worked out that really almost no one is talking about is that Las Vegas doesn't have a regional sports network. So it's a big, big question as to who is going to televise the games. Of course, there's a while to work that out, but Foley, in addition to having to put up $500M for the team and who knows how much for a practice facility and an entire front office, might have to start a regional sports network and work on getting it on cable, satellite, etc. Will be fascinating to see how that works out.
