With my limited knowledge I have a question. If the Flames did a deal with the Bjs, could that deal already be in place in a legal contract and kept under wraps? Or could the BJ's say they'd do a deal but back out on draft day if they changed their mind? I suppose there could be a number of scenarios in place so I realize my question is sort of hard to answer.
