And if Ramsey had been developed into a more dynamic character, you'd say "he's to much like Cersei" or someone else. You might even suggest he should have just been pure evil instead of ambiguously evil. It's OK to have a diverse cast. Ned Stark was basically to good for his own good, and it got him killed. Ramsey is the opposite. It is showing that anyone is vulnerable. The good, evil, and in between. I've got zero issues with the character, the plot points and the development.
