Solo queue is brutal, but if you have Discord there's a public discord for grouping with other people on voice. I think it was originally created for reddit.com/r/Overwatch. It's still hit and miss with the types of people you get, but playing with 6 people on voice is much more enjoyable than the zero communication in solo queue. The Discord invite link is:
