I think you're reading it wrong. That's too much.

According to that, the #3 pick has a value of 809 and #6 is 594. To make up the difference, the Flames would need to add picks with a total value of 215.
- Picks 35 (152) and 66 (96) have a total value of 248.
- Picks 35 (152) and 96 (68) have a total value of 220.
- Picks 54 (117) and 66 (96) have a total value of 213.
If the teams weigh the value of picks in a similar manner, one of those would likely be the combination the Flames would have to give up to make the move.
