Is this actually a positive change? Is a kid more like to drown because he climbs the fence and someone can't get to him in time or another alligator incident. Will people start feeding the alligators through the fence because it's safe?
I'm not sure that the knee jerk reaction here of adding a fence actually makes anything more safe.
