And these accidents usually occur in places where photo radar isn't present or late at night when they've shut it down because it's not making enough money per hour. I'll bet that more people per capita are speeding and speeding excessively and driving dangerous after 11PM than any other time of the day. I don't drive around often at those times but I've never seen a photo radar van at those hours. Heck in St.Albert they're usually disappeared after dark.
Again, it's being used as a cash cow and not as an actual speed deterrent. My opinion can't be changed on that one.
