You don't have to be physical as long as you come out with the puck every time, which Lidstrom did.
My main worry with Juolevi is that he wasn't tested as much defensively - lots of minutes with that elite first line means he wasn't spending as many "hard" minutes in the defensive zone where some weaknesses like the ones mentioned would appear.

Yet none of those weaknesses showed up in the WJC, he was outstanding.
