The line is "True patriot love in all thy sons command". This phrase is being sung to Canada, the country. It is saying that Canada commands (invokes?) true patriot love in all of its sons (citizens).
So "In all of us command" does convey the same meaning.
"In all of our command" conveys a different meaning: that we, the citizens, are in control of our patriotic love.
