He mentioned that the buyout window is currently open but they haven't made any decisions about buying someone out (the guy who asked the question asked about "compliance" buyouts, so Treliving pointed out that there are no more compliance buyouts, and they all come with a corresponding cap hit).
They must be at least considering buying out Raymond because in the past, he's always been clear that they wouldn't be buying anyone out, but this time he was noncommittal.
