My favourite Mexican restaurant is El Sombrero. I especially like their combo for two that has a bit of everything. Although I do not claim to be an expert on the matter, it seems fairly authentic. (I've only been to Mexico once).

I do like Boca Loca, but it is more of an ethnic corner store with a couple of tables for eating than a restaurant. I love the burritos and key lime pie!

Salt & Pepper is pretty good. I also don't mind Juan's, which is downtown. I am not a fan of Julio's Barrio at all, but I haven't been to the one here in Calgary.
