65 F-35s was supposed to be the minimum fleet to fill our obligations (edit -auditor general said up to 14 more were probably required as replacements).

We might order some F model (2 seat) Super Hornets and hopefully some Growlers, so the minimum numbers could differ. Sounds like they are contemplating a mixed Super and Classic fleet for the interim.
