It's amazing how tone deaf these Democratic ads are. One of the reasons that Trump is enjoy so much support is the fact that people are fed up with political correctness and here they are highlighting this to the electorate. People already know that he says mean and outrageous things and don't seem to care.

Why is Trump gaining so much support? It's because he is seen as someone who is not connected to the party establishment. The more he is is criticized by the Republican establishment, the more support he gains. Why the Democrats would run an ad showing Republican officials criticizing him is beyond me.
