A good website to check out is stack.com I believe as they have sport specific workout videos and information on things like diet, rest, recovery etc.

The Flames former coach was a guy named Rick Hesketh who was their coach for many years. He does personal training now for hockey players in Jr. hockey, offseason etc. On his website he lists some videos which can be found here http://richhesketh.com/videos.asp

Good luck!

Thank for the good website and it information Curves, I only take one or two exercises from any workout professional athletes do, I don't think I could everything they do LOL.
