I'm not construction savy at all... but setting posts with quickset concrete mix is pretty damn easy.
Dig a hole, throw some gravel in the bottom (not required), set the post in the hole, dump the concrete in, hold post for 10 minutes so it stays level.
Home Depot sells a post leveler contraption strap on thing that makes it idiot proof.
