Not could, will. There is no circumstance where a person could be president and not have their foreign policy decisions cost lives. It's a matter of whose lives and how many.

Anyway, I like how Hillary opened that speech by soberly citing memorial day at the same time as she panders to the audience by name-checking the city she's in. That's so quintessentially Hillary.

As for the speech itself, the concerning thing is that people are still laughing at things that are not jokes. She's quoting him or citing his stated aims and people are laughing because they're ridiculous. No, you're missing her point: it's not funny, he's too close to the nuclear codes for it to be funny anymore.
