I don't think that (assuming you misworded your question). I can't find the study right now but this article mentions between 54 and 65 dB.

The room I'm in now is louder than that with a fan running. Street hockey can be noisier than you think. Here's an example:



In all but a couple cities in North America this isn't an issue. The ban was a result of ridiculous anti-skateboarding bias. Thankfully the city has finally realized that skateboarding is a great family sport.
