What's wrong with
msra.exe /offerra ?
That's often industry standard too, in most of the large companies I've worked in. Again, you already own it and it's internal and secure on your network. RDP and Remote Assistance are perfectly fine and no cost. I'm just really curious why they are not applicable for FanIn80.
For remote support externally, Cisco Webex is our preferred method.
