Because they're the only vehicles we take on trade that are pretty much guaranteed to fail an inspection because the steering rack and ball joints are usually dragging on the ground behind them, and the tires are usually leaking oil. So I can pick them up for ultra cheap.
I have a guy that can usually fix them for about half of what a dealer will charge as well as he knows Chrysler product inside out. He doesn't charge me book time, he charges actual time. Which is always less. If it goes over, he will revert to book, but it never has.
