I googled Cheetah Cleveland. First link:

Michelle Schwab wipes tears from her face as Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Ronald Adrine sentenced her to one year's probation, including parenting counseling, after she dropped her son into the cheetah exhibit at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in April. (Cory Shaffer, Northeast Ohio Media Group)

You want to know who else has identified this woman and discussed her crime (being the incident in question).
The DailyMail!

So, you don't have to get past that first 'similar' situation and you can see that this is all bull####. Even the judge agreed that she had faced a harsh punishment because of the international media attention.
Of note, no animals died.

Give him this one. But it was a school fieldtrip, he didn't have a parent there. Again, of note, no animals died.

Alright, Jaguar Little Rock Zoo first google link:

The child's father, Andrew Garber,31, of Maumelle, said he was leaning over the rail to take a photograph when he saw in his peripheral vision his child go over the rail. The child's grandfather, Norman Ashcraft of Sabetha, Kan., was also standing nearby. The grandfather said the child, who was not identified by police on account of his age, fell about 15 feet into the exhibit.

So your article is bull#### once again. Pure bull####. First link, name of the parent and grandparent. Again, different situation. No animal died and an elderly grandpa dropped the child into the exhibit.

I'm not sure what incident he is referring to. I can't seem to find a 2001 incident, there are some earlier. As far as I can tell, no gorilla was killed. Also different time. Social media has changed the world.

You can easily find the name of the mother, and there's no reason to assume she has a criminal history.
Instead, the DailyMail, once again, decided to post that the parents were both on medication. Showing that it is tasteless, not racist.

The child died, and even despite that you can easily find tons of people scrutinizing the mother's actions.

Holy ####. Two seconds of looking and you can find a ton of information of the Dhaliwal brothers who were also mauled. Including the marijuana use and initial uncooperative police encounter, as well as the fact they had been charged with resisting arrest prior to the Tiger incident. I mean, there's a ton of information on their criminal history. At this point the article is comically misleading.

Today, Paul Dhaliwal's rap sheet includes everything from evading arrest to probation violations for fleeing from sheriff's deputies while pushing speeds more than 130 mph on the highway.

A person died, also he was 17, not 3. So pretty poor comparison. I guess as a plus, the Dhaliwal's aren't white so maybe we can claim racism?
