yeah, that's lots of power. and it's gas (never buy an electric pressure washer).
If you don't want to buy a $600 pressure washer, you can get some concrete cleaner to do the job for $20.
At the very least, take a look at cheaper pressure washers. $600 is about 2x what I paid for mine. I bought mine from
Costco.
