It is hard to peg what impact this coach or that coach would have until games are actually played. If they go that route, it could either be a good thing, or not. Just would have to wait and see.

Pretty much exactly this. Too many people focus on his time on Toronto, they complain about the possession numbers there; but they were a terrible team without the players to have a good possession game. People need to stop taking stats as gospel and realize that there is always a great deal of context that needs to be choked down with the numbers.
