Taken in isolation of her flip flopping policy, maybe, but I would disagree with her presidency not being a disaster. Lets take the hypothetical here and assume she scrapes by a win against Trump while escaping an indictment. She is already seen as massively dishonest by a majority of the voting public and on top of that will have had her name dragged through the mud with constant attacks on her record by the GOP. The first half and likely the whole term of her presidency will be mired in scandal and investigations, inquiries and possible impeachment talks. There is no way a GOP majority will let her get anything done.

She doesn't have anywhere near the charisma of her husband, and is much more smug to the opposition, so she'll make a lot more self-inflicted mistakes and piss off more detractors (GOP and elements of her own party) than she already has. She hasn't been seen as any kind of consensus builder at all and her arrogance will piss off the GOP base more. If even the slightest dirt is found on Clinton, the GOP will move to impeach her pushing yet another scandal.

If this campaign has been any indication, the midterm elections will likely be a disaster for Clinton and the Democrats will suffer greatly for it, probably with a majority GOP win in both the senate and congress. She'll probably get destroyed in the 2020 general if not at the miderms. GOP establishment will have had time and opportunity to clean up a lot of their leadership after their pathetic campaign that put up Trump as a the candidate. With a likely GOP president, senate and congress in power by then the Republicans will get free rein passing legislation that will take the next few decades of Democratic challenges to fix and unwind. A Clinton win may not be a disaster now, but given how badly she is performing against a nobody like Sanders, how she's lied under inquest and how badly she has messed up on her campaign to date, I'd see her presidency as a setup for years of GOP political domination.
