I agree with the bulk of your second point on how she will be no different than any politician on the Wall Street front. But I don't see that as any different then any other politician. All major companies fund both sides to buy influence.

I think the report released indicates enough that what she did was grossly incompetent, but like you said, perhaps not criminal.
As for the second point, I agree that all politicians are funded by big money and special interests. All except for Trump and Sanders. Which is why people are voting for them.
