Default U.S. Congress passes bill to outlaw online gambling

Quote:
WASHINGTON - Most forms of internet gambling would be banned under a bill that received final US congressional approval on the weekend.
The House of Representatives and Senate approved the measure and sent it to President George W. Bush to sign into law.
The bill, a compromise between earlier versions passed by the two chambers, would make it illegal for banks and credit card companies to make payments to online gambling sites.

Those to be left alone:

Horse Races
Sports betting
1 other that is escaping me right now.

How will this fare for the estimated 18,000,000 online poker players?
