You could find it cheaper if you were willing to cut a few corners, like if you didn't want to bother doing the inside of the engine bay and making the interior door frames match, stuff like that. Still talking in the thousands though. Re-sprays are very expensive.
How about Blaze Orange plasti-dip? Could do that for like $500
