I wish this was the case in my neighbourhood! I have concrete guys across the street, one beside me and student houses all around...in short my neighbourhood looks like a war zone!
This is the driving factor why we have spent the extra money and purchased a lot and building in a higher end development (Top of Paradise Canyon If anyone knows the Lethbridge area)
It's frustrates the hell out of my wife and I
