Bautista's hearing is today after the game, right? Wonder if he gets a game reduction as well to prevent any suspension at all. Silly that he got a suspension in the first place. All he did was slide "hard" into second, and got penalized with the auto double play. That should have been plenty.
Anyway, shame on the MLB in general. Just suspended Rayes 50 or so games for punching someone, but 7 games is fine for Odor. Yes, I'm aware the situations can be viewed as different, but personally, I don't see a huge distinction when it comes to throwing the first punch.
