Agree to disagree. I just wanted him gone and could care less about him and his stubborn ego. He sucked the life out of the club. Good riddance to him. He's got more than enough $ to put on his bruised ego.
I'm not going to disagree with your statement on Mendes but at the end of the day part of that is his own fault. As a manager you try and get on with people like Mendes, who you will very much be dealing with. Instead, he, in typical fashion alienated himself from him. So in a way he got what he deserved. Compare that to say the relationship SAF had with him.
His own personality and arrogance and inability to form relationships came back to haunt him.
