So I'm doing a lot of spring cleaning and went down under the stairs in my basement and found some old house crap from the builder (house was built in 2013). Tiles, paint, etc. But I also found like... 10 or 12 planks of spare hardwood. Is this of any use to me at all? Do people hang on to this stuff? Toss it? Recycle it? Sell it?

Suggestions?
