Nope there's City Of Calgary Road Works Planning quota that has to be met for frustration and anger. If they did the desperately needed upgrade (I'd say more needed than the SW Ring Road) to the interchange instead of repairing and doing the upgrade anyways in a year or two, well, you'd just be to happy.
