Maybe if you called her ahead of time she could cook them for you, as it's not something that she offers from her regular menu. She just makes these on the side (along with dumplings and wontons).
I'm looking for something for immediate consumption. I'd like to buy a few dozen to bring to a picnic on the weekend. I would rather not have to fry them myself. Just pick them up, bring them out and serve.
