I know a place in Chinatown where the lady sells 25 pork or veggie for $10, or 25 shrimp for $15. But it's frozen and uncooked. Why do you want them uncooked? For immediate consumption or to save? If you want a good deal to buy bulk, frozen uncooked is the best way and just deep fry yourself. Hers are freakin' delicious.
Maybe if you called her ahead of time she could cook them for you, as it's not something that she offers from her regular menu. She just makes these on the side (along with dumplings and wontons).
