The advantage to communities like Auburn, Mackenzie towne, copperfield, Mahogany is that you now have Deerfoot or the ring road to get around. Even Macleod is five minutes away if you want. If you don't work downtown or start at 8am then rush hour probably won't affect you much. If you do then that's what the lrt is for. Get on the ring road and hop on the lrt.

Why anybody would want a huge yard is beyond me. It's just more maintenance if you ask me. Maybe it adds a bit of privacy.

The shopping setup at 130th I avoid. It's a good example of how not to design a walkable outdoor mall. All that happens in outdoor malls is people drive from store to store. Seton and Deerfoot can have all my buissness.
