Anything other than Duradeck for sealing deck ?

I am replacing my 12 x 22 back deck this summer but want to keep the area underneath dry as I use it for storage. Lawnmower, kids bikes stuff etc...

I would love a composite product that I can DIY install.

Any options available ??
