^^ Ivar's had tipping? That's kind of a stretch for a place that is barely a step from being fast food. Unless they were talking about the only one in Seattle that was a sit down type restaurant.
Anyway, it's prices were already abnormally high for having the privilege of being pecked at by seagulls and pigeons, and trying to find a table without bird crap on it.
