Who are you talking about when you say school? I said primary and secondary meaning the kids.
So lets give them more money for their stupid ass decisions. There are a lot of programs already in place.
Yes there does need to be some programs in place, there is. But many of these people keep making the same stupid decisions over and over. Once we have given them a couple tries at improving themselves and they don't...then that should be it.
