I think if you're not rushed for time it's also a good way to get other perspectives on your team. I'm sure they ask the coaches what they think the Flames biggest strengths/weaknesses are and how they would utilize the strengths and help to improve the weaknesses. If 5 coaches come in and say your strengths are A and your weakness are B, but Burke & Treliving are thinking their strengths are X and their weaknesses are Y then they're probably going to reexamine somethings and try to get a different perspective.
Always good to get some outside opinions and make sure you haven't been thinking to narrowly
