There is the Wednesday Night Series (WNS):

The WNS has the same races every year on the same dates on the calendar and the majority of the races are in the SW. The deep SW. Priddis, Bragg Creek, Millarville. If you live in the SW - great. If you live in the NW like me, kind of a hassle. If you're a Crankmaster it's free. Other club members can participate for $5.00/race or something like that.

Midweek Mayhem ran (runs?) a Tuesday night crit series over the summer at UofC and a CX series in the Fall. There have been issues with the City concerning permits, so I'm not sure they do either now. They do have a Facebook Group that may offer some info, but it is a closed group.

A few years back, the Midweek Mayhem guy was moaning about all of the hassles with the City and I suggested we use Currie Barracks for CX during the week and the Rocky Mountain Cadet Camp for weekend races. I could easily get authorization to use both, but I never heard back from the guy.

If you're into track, they run a series on Thursdays I think. Critical Speed used to run an MTB series on Thursday nights at the Paskapoo east slopes. Again, Winsport just wanted too much money which meant Critical Speed wanted money ($15.00 or more if I remember) each week. So, it just died. Why pay when you can ride for free?

I've participated in all of them and track was my favorite quite frankly. But, I just can't justify spending money to race anymore.
