Apparently, he was injured last year and finally put his tools together this year.
8 secondary assists out of 23, which is pretty good. He has a higher primary points/game than Brett Howden (0.607 vs 0.603), good for 9th among 2016 eligible forwards in the WHL. I can't find his shooting % since the WHL doesn't seem to track shots.
His name doesn't scream hockey superstar though so I'd be a little wary.
