You guys must have some weird connections cause everyone I know had a much easier time getting weed than they did smokes or booze unless they had a willing older sibling or stole them.
Dealers sell to anyone, convenience stores will not sell to kids. How is this hard to understand. That graph is about as perfect of an illustration that correlation does not equal causation.
